Kristoffer brings years of experience in logistics, technology, and operations management to his leadership role at Critical Insight. He is a process driven leader who ensures Critical Insight’s customers get the results they need from Security Operations. Kristoffer began at Critical Insight as a SOC Analyst, moving quickly up to the leadership role. He has helped CI grow into a nationwide leader in cyber security. Kristoffer led the opening of Critical Insight’s second SOC in Ellensburg, Washington and was instrumental in creating Managed Detection and Response for Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Environments. As a leader, Kristoffer believes strongly in teamwork, lifting those around him, and finding creative ways to solve the most difficult problems facing InfoSec professionals.
